I just wanted to send a quick appreciation for the excellent experience that we had with your company.  The entire process from selection of product to installation exceeded all my expectations.  Wendy P was patient and informative throughout the process and we did require much patience.  She was at our home when the demo crew and the installers arrived and several times during the installation.  The demo was amazingly clean.  Marcelino and his crew of installers were always on time and their work was meticulous.  They cleaned up the area every evening and accommodated our needs during the process.  We continue to be amazed at the craftmanship and care that they showed.
